Here is a used distributor tach drive main shaft which comes with new cross gear. This is applicable to all Corvettes from 1962-1974.  There is no wear on the main shaft or gear. I do not know if it is for the base 250-300 HP engine or the special HP engines. I know the mechanical advance weight stops have different profiles between the base and the special HP units.  The last photo shows this one's profile. You be the judge to decide if this is the one you need.
