1968-72 Corvette Interior Rear View Mirrors

We believe that two different rear view mirrors were used in these years.  One was 8” wide and was a continuation of the mirror used starting with 1967 models (Part #916177).   We’ve also found some 10 ¼” wide versions that are identical to the 8” version except for being wider.

Both of these mirrors have the “Guide Glare Proof” and “Made in USA” imprinted on them on their tops and bottoms respectively.

The mirror glass in both needs to be replaced as does the plastic trim around their edges.

Second in the list of least liked phrases is ‘baby forces sale’, while third goes to ‘genuine reason for sale’. Other key phrases used by car sellers that can actually turn away possible buyers include ‘first to see will buy’, ‘mint condition’ and ‘priced to sell’.
