For sale is one used passengers side license plate light bezel CORE. P/N 5948704 Correct for Corvettes 1958-1960 This is an original passengers side RH rear license plate lamp assembly that is a good candidate for restoration or re-chroming. There is no clear plastic lens, but the retainer plate is still rivetted to the back side. The surface shows blemishes and divits due to age. Realistically, the chrome is so blemished that it would be good to strip off the old chrome and prep the metal for re-plating. The rear shows oxidation and surface rust. The mount holes have some wear but are not blown out. The bulb opening is in good condition.

Peugeot has 'accidentally' leaked an image of its Exalt concept car ahead of its debut at the Beijing auto show next Sunday. The four-door sedan follows the form language introduced by the 2010 SR1 concept, but is perhaps most closely related to the Onyx of 2012 in terms of execution if not format. As with the Onyx, the Exalt features a series of innovative, natural materials – something PSA design director Jean-Pierre Ploué confirmed to Car Design News would become a Peugeot hallmark – including an exterior surface finish inspired by shark skin.

The results from the latest round of Euro NCAP crash tests are in, and - surprise, surprise - every car tested came away with a maximum five-star safety rating. The new Citroen C4, Suzuki Swift, Honda CR-Z hybrid and Hyundai iX35 were all put through their paces, and each passed with flying colours. The latest results, while highlighting how far car safety has come in recent years (remember the notorious Rover 100 fiasco of 1997?), are bound to reignite the growing debate that the tests - or at least the marks awarded - need to show more differentiation between models.
