For sale is one used pair of firewall splash shields.

P/N 6263551 (LH), 6263554 (RH)

Correct for Corvettes Late 1969-1975 w/ AC

  • This set was removed from a 1974 Corvette.
  • The splash shields attach to the lower firewall, where it meets the floor pan on the underbody of the car.
  • They are metal shields, and thuse hav some surface rust and oxidation to them.
  • The mount tabs are bent due to being bolted down though not completely bent out of shape.
  • The tabs are still firmly attached at the spots welds (where applicable).
  • They are also slightly dirty.

Tracking numbers will be posted to the buyers Purchase History page in eBay. Most items ship out within 1 business day but sometimes it can take 3 business days.

If your item gets damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can get the things moving on a replacement.

If the tracking number for your package says it never got delivered, we will ship a replacement to you but it may take as many as 7 to 10 business days to get an insurance replacement on its way to you.

Jeep and Mopar have created six new vehicles in time for the annual Easter Jeep Safari in Moab, Utah, which takes place from 31 March to 8 April. The six concepts join around 30 others developed since 2002 by the brands for the pleasure of Jeep enthusiasts. Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk Concept Finished in Stone White, but with a theme of Mineral Gray – grille surround, mirror caps and rear light bar – and red – tow hooks, the Jeep logos on wheel center caps and bolt holes – visible throughout.

2013 Chevy, GMC trucks recalled for roll-away risk

General Motors is recalling 69,000 2013 full-size trucks and vans that could shift out of “park” and roll away. The recall impacts the Cadillac Escalade; the Chevrolet Avalanche, Express, Silverado HD and LD, and Suburban and Tahoe; and the GMC Savana, Sierra HD and LD, and Yukon and Yukon XL. The trucks may have been built with a fractured park-lock cable, or a deformed steering-column lock-actuator gear in the lock-module assembly.

CAFE standards set to rise to 54.5 mpg for 2025

President Barack Obama on Friday revealed ambitious plans to raise the corporate average fuel economy standard for cars and light trucks to 54.5 mpg by the 2025 model year, a landmark move that will dramatically remake carmakers' product portfolios and consumers' buying habits. Unlike the first CAFE standards passed by Congress in 1975, the Detroit automakers now publicly support the high requirements and have begun retooling their fleets to adapt the changes. “[This] represents the single most important step we've ever taken as a nation to reduce our dependence on foreign oil,” Obama said in a morning press conference.
