For sale is one used bare standard bore 327 engine block. Block Casting # 3914678 Block Date Code: B 12 8 (July 5, 1968) Block Stamp code V02I6HO: Flint Engine Plant, February 16th,Corvette 327ci/300HP, TH400, 4bbl Rochester Correct for 1968 Corvettes 327/300HP Automatic Transmission - Please look at all of the pictures below this description, there are more than 30, so keep on scrolling down!
- This block was taken to our local machine shop where it was magnafluxed and inspected, it checked out good with no cracks.
- The block has the standard 4" bore and it was media blasted.
- The cylinder walls are in good conditon with no pitting or damage.
- There's a small ridge at the top of the cylinders.
- The mount holes and threads are all in good condition.
- The mating surfaces are also all good.
- The cam bearings are still installed, they need to be changed out.
- Only includes the 5 main caps and bolts.
- The cylinder walls, bearing races, and outside of the block will be sprayed with an anti-corrosion protectant after the pictures are taken.
- This block is ready for machine work.

A V12 diesel? You read that right; Audi has unveiled the first road car to be fitted with its Le Mans-winning V12 diesel engine. The Q7 V12 TDI is still officially a concept; Audi revealed the road-going version of its race engine at last year’s Paris motor show and hasn’t confirmed when it will go into production, but it will almost certainly be offered in both the Q7 and the A8.

Ford Motor Co. said it boosted prices an average of $117, or 0.4 percent, on 2011 models effective Friday, April 1. The increase is because of “higher commodity costs,” George Pipas, Ford's chief sales analyst, said Monday.
