  • We ship our deck lids using Greyhound PackageXpress to keep the shipping costs affordable. Our freight cost for a deck lid on average runs $165 where as Greyhound PackageXpress is about $70.00.

  • 1969 deck lids have a redesigned inner structure where the corners in front of the deck lid hold down latches are shaped differently than the design before. The deck lid skin is the same shape.
  • The rear deck lid door cover is bare, only including the inner structure and the outer skin.
  • This was used with a soft top only equipped Corvette, and does not have the provisions for securing the auxiliary hard top (the hard top provisions can be added).
  • The deck lid shows some wear marks from being used and from being in storage.
  • The surface shows some loose fiberglass and the paint and primer is nearly completely stripped.
  • All the reinforcements and threaded plates are still firmly rivetted to the understructure.
  • There is some chipping on the fiberglass by some of the body rivets.
  • The corners and edges are bit rough also. This fiberglass deck lid will need some light fiberglass work and finishing for best fitment.
  • The deck lid will work for all 1968-1975 Corvettes but there are no guide pins and no seat back bumpers.

We ship most items USPS, FedEx or Greyhound PackageXpress, depending upon which is most economical. Insurance is included with each package we ship. Tracking numbers will be posted to the buyers Purchase History page in eBay. Most items ship out within 1 business day but sometimes it can take 3 business days.

If your item gets damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can get the things moving on a replacement.

If the tracking number for your package says it never got delivered, we will ship a replacement to you but it may take as many as 7 to 10 business days to get an insurance replacement on its way to you.
