For sale is one used rear cargo cover pull handle rod. Correct for Corvettes 1978-1982 The rear cargo shade pull handle mounts onto a long rod that stretches the width of the shade cover. This rod is often bent from use or accidents, and can be an eyesore for any Corvette owner. We are offering this original rod as a replacement for your bent rod. The rod has a slight bow in it, but it is not bent out of shape. The ends show some wear from use. The mount holes are in good condition.

The 'Mazda Design Challenge', launched September 27 exclusively through the social networking website Facebook, is enlisting help from Facebook users in the United States to compete to design a future Mazda 3. The winner of the contest will work with Franz von Holzhausen, director of Mazda Design in North America, and his team, to bring the concept to life, live on stage at the 2007 Los Angeles International Auto Show in November. Contestants submitted a 150-word description of their vision of the 2018 Mazda 3 including an optional sketch.

Seat Altea Freetrack: the lowdown
Seat has given the Altea some wellington boots to join the burgeoning ranks of wannabe soft-roader 4x4s. First seen in concept guise at the Geneva Motor Show back in March, the Altea Freetrack is Seat's first-ever attempt at an off-roader. However, an extra 40mm of ground clearance, some chunky tyres and aesthetically challenging grey cladding don’t necessarily mean that the Freetrack is going to beat a Defender to the top of the hill.

The North American Ford Fusion has been revealed at Detroit, but we have the first photo of its European cousin – the 2013 Ford Mondeo. We’ve covered the reveal of the 2013 Ford Fusion from the Detroit Auto Show and pointed out that, to all intents and purposes, the Fusion North America gets is pretty much the same car we’ll see as the 2013 Ford Mondeo. But just so there’s no confusion, we’ve got the first photos of the 2013 Mondeo in pre-production guise, just so you can see how similar the Mondeo will be to the Fusion.
