For sale is one used seat bottom frame. Correct for Corvettes 1970-1978 (Excluding Pace Car) - This is a take-off original seat bottom frame.
- It has some signs of wear due to being used.
- The inner edges of the frame are bent due to the weight put on the springs.
- There is also pitting in some areas, but there are no rust holes.
- The springs seem to have some life left to them, but without having put any weight on them, it is hard to confirm.
- The frame has a slight bend to it, but it is not bent out of shape.

General Motors expects that the Chevy Volt will get an EPA city fuel-economy rating of 230 mpg, and a combined fuel economy rating of triple digits, CEO Fritz Henderson said Tuesday. The ratings will be based on a new test that the EPA is developing for plug-in electric hybrids. The highway and combined figures were not announced.

BMW is recalling 50 units of the 2011 BMW X3 for a potential power-steering problem. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, a control module in the electric power-steering unit might malfunction, resulting in a sudden loss of power-steering assistance, which could lead to a crash. The suspect X3s were built between April 27 and June 8, 2011.
