For sale is one used spare tire carrier holder tub. Correct for Corvettes 1975-1982 (SMC Fiberglass) - The tub mounts under the gas tank. Two bolts hold up the front, while the rear of the strap hooks onto one rear bolt.
- It is made from SMC fiberglass.
- The assembly has some signs of wear due to use and due to being in storage.
- It has some surface cracks on the inside.
- The walls on the inside also have some wear marks that look like over-buffing or burns (see pics).
- The outer lip has some rough fiberglass cuts from the factory.
- The tub is still firmly rivetted to the V-frame.
- The under portion shows some scratches from the car dipping and scraping against the ground.
- The V-strap is pitty throughout, though there are no rust holes.
- It is also bent at one of the bolt holes.
- Please note that this tub and frame set does NOT include the bolts or the lid.

After the shenanigans at Monaco – with Lewis Hamilton convinced Nico Rosberg had wrecked his chance of pole position – Hamilton had something to prove in qualifying for the 2014 Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal. But he failed – just. Despite the Montreal island circuit considered to suit Hamilton’s style more than Rosberg’s, it was the German who put in the quickest lap and will start in pole position for tomorrow’s race.
