Bentley Continental Supersports Convertible likely

It looks like Bentley are planning a convertible version of the Supersports Bentley introduced the Continental Supersports back at the Geneva Motor Show earlier this year. A stripped-out (it only has two seats), flex-fuel powerhouse of a Continental, it is the quickest car in Bentley’s stable. Jaguar’s Director of Design, Ian Callum, has commissioned Classic Motor Cars to create a very special one-off classic Jaguar Mk II. For those of a certain age, the MK II Jaguar was the car the police used to chase bank robbers. who themselves were driving a MK II Jags, in the 1960s.

Holden Calais unveiled, previews Chevrolet SS

General Motors' Australian subsidiary, Holden, has revealed its new VF series Calais -- the rear-wheel-drive sedan that in top-of-the-line, V8-powered, left-hand-drive form -- will be exported to North America and sold as the Chevrolet SS. The new Calais sits at the top of what Holden describes as an “extensively upgraded Commodore” range, with right-hand-drive Australian sales set to get underway in June. The Holden Commodore and its more luxurious Calais derivative have underpinned General Motors' sales in Australia since its introduction in 1978.
