2004 Honda CRF450 Flat Track Wheels. Will fit many years and models. OEM hubs (bearings but no spacers), Buchanan Spokes and Excel rims. Front is 2.15x19 and rear is 2.50x19. Hardly used. Looks great and true. Hardly any scratches, tiny marks that are hardly noticeable from being on the track a couple of times. Brake discs included, no sprocket or sprocket hardware. I am also listing flat track suspension. Will reduce shipping and handling if you win both, but cant combine because suspension will be shipped separately in a special shipping container.

Commute times increasing
Fri, 15 Nov 2013COMMUTING times are starting to creep up after falling back during the recession, a new study has shown. Research by the TUC union revealed that men in their early 40s spend longest getting to and from work, at an average of more than 67 minutes a day. Commute times for women peak in their late 20s at 54 minutes and then start to fall as they get older, said the report.
