Looks like good vintage condition to me. Has some very light rub wear marks on the tri wing direction changer. No previous owner initials or id markings.
Ratchets both directions smoothly. The direction changes easily.
Used ratchet may have nicks, scratches, oil, grime,
dust, rust, dirt, pitting, wear, dings, and so on consistent with being used.

2013 Honda Fit EV sales expand to East Coast
Wed, 13 Feb 2013Honda is expanding leases of its Fit EV from the left-coast bastions of Oregon and California to the East Coast markets of Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maryland, New York and New Jersey. Eco-minded East Coasters still can’t buy the car outright, but they’ll now be able to lease the electric Fit for three years at a cost of $389 per month. The Fit EV has a mpg equivalency rating of 118 and an EPA electric driving range of 82 miles.
NHTSA funds development of alcohol-measuring start button
Tue, 27 Sep 2011The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration awarded Takata-TruTouch some $2.25 million to continue to develop its In-Vehicle Alcohol Detection test, the company said. Takata, a safety and technology company, and TruTouch have created a vehicle start button with an integrated infrared sensor that can measure your blood-alcohol content. If the reading exceeds legal limits, the system can disable the starter.
