BMW to sell 19 Frozen Black Edition M3s in the U.S.

BMW has lined up a run of 20 M3 Coupes for the U.S. market with a special Frozen Black Edition package to promote its BMW Individual custom-ordering program. The automaker will open an order line on June 16 for buyers to reserve 19 of the cars.

Lamborghini are to introduce a series of ‘Green’ updates for the Aventador including cylinder deactivation and stop-start. Hot on the heels of the news that the Lamborghini Aventador has already sold 1,000 units – in half the time it took for the Murcialago – comes the news that Lamborghini are planning on making the Aventador a much ‘Greener’ supercar. Four CCS students win awards in 22nd annual Michelin/CCS competition

Michelin and the College for Creative Studies (CCS) in Detroit, Michigan recently held their 22nd Annual College for Creative Studies Design Competition at the A. Alfred Taubman Center for Design Education. Four CCS transportation students are receiving the exhibition opportunity of a lifetime when their winning designs are displayed in a special Michelin exhibit at the 2011 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) January 10-23, 2011.
