Crane Compucam (powermax) 2030 Big Block Chevy Camshaft Kit 134122, New, N/r on 2040-parts.com
Tijeras, New Mexico, United States
Brand New never used Crane Cams Big Block Chevrolet 396-454, 1967-up until the switch to roller lifter cams from GM factory. Complete Hydraulic Flat Tappet camshaft kit. In original box, called CompuCam, and this was later replaced by PowerMax name. This is a flat tappet cam that is a bit more aggressive than stock cams. I would not call it a race cam by any means, but good for a truck or RV application for example in order to get a bit more power without any emissions or reliability issues.
P/N 134122 Duration = 266 intake/274 exhaust or 210/218 at .050 lift Lift = .485 intake/ .502 exhaust Lobe Separation = 114 This cam was designed to wake up your BBC a bit and still work with the computerized controls and emissions. I bought it to put in my 92 C3500, but never got around to doing it and sold the truck. So this is extra and not needed. Finally getting around to selling it instead of taking up shelf space in garage. Complete all new parts kit includes the cam, 16 lifters, moly disulfide lube for the lobes and lifter faces, oil break-in lube, cam gear locking plate with bolts. All parts are Crane Cams mfr in USA. Free shipping in continental US. Please contact me for shipping fees outside lower 48 US states. Thanks for looking at my auction. No Reserve, you bid and you can win. Starting price less than half normal retail. |

New BMW 2-Series Active Tourer arrives as BMW’s first front-wheel-drive car (+video)
Fri, 14 Feb 2014The new BMW 2-Series Active Tourer (pictured) arrives in the UK September 2014 Many will see it as sacrilege that the new BMW 2-Series Active Tourer MPV is front-wheel-drive, but pragmatists will see it as a sensible move to extend BMW’s depth of offerings. Whichever side you come down on, the BMW 2-Series Active Tourer – previewed by the BMW Concept Active Tourer at Paris in 2012 – is a production reality and does look like it will fill very well the space in BMW’s range for a compact MPV. Despite looks that are almost the opposite of what you’d expect from a BMW – stubby nose and a high roof line; a proper BMW take on the Mercedes B-Class – the 2-Series Active Tourer still manages to exude BMW style, albeit in a more practical way to the rest of the range.
Next Jaguar XJ takes styling cues from the XF
Wed, 18 Mar 2009Jaguar is putting the finishing touches on its heavily revised 2011 XJ sedan, remaking its flagship sedan in the mold of the XF sedan. Based on a re-engineered version of today's all-aluminum XJ chassis introduced with the sedately styled 2004 model, the next XJ will be significantly different in appearance, drawing its coupelike-sedan inspiration from the Ian Callum-penned XF. "People know that something is coming, but they're going to be very surprised," says one source involved in the project code-named X351.
Ford Super Duty lineup gets punched-up MyFord Touch
Fri, 09 Mar 2012It took the rough touch of a construction worker's gloved hand, but Ford got the message. In the 2013 Ford F-Series Super Duty pickups, MyFord Touch gets some redundant controls for audio and climate systems. Ford's big story for the big trucks was the addition of Platinum trim to the F-Series Super Duty lineup for 2013.
