I spend Many, Many Hours each week working on the items that I list on Ebay. You'll have a hard time finding other sellers that put in, anywhere near the effort that I do, with the items they sell. This auction is for: (1) Crane SBC Solid Circle Track Cam/Lifters 480/495"@1.5, 512/528"@1.6 (14) I was just able to acquire several Solid Tappet & Solid Roller Camshafts. From what I can see,, they all look to be in good condition,,, but you need to look at the pics & decide for yourself. Some of these did not have cam cards with them, so unfortunately I can't give you all of the specs for those cams,,, but since I like math,, & I know how to figure out the "LOBE LIFT",,, for each cam I have figured out the approximate "Valve Lifts" with both a 1.5 & 1.6 ratio rocker arm(Except on cams with cards). I have included Every bit of info I have for each cam,,, sorry, this is all I have. FYI: Since all of these cams were originally used as circle track cams, the Duration @ .050 is usually around 250-265 This cam has Std. 1.868" cam journals. FYI,, SBC Cam Journal Size Notes:(SBC Blocks) 1.868" standard SBC journals 1.949" SBC block machined to use std BBC cam bearings 1.968" (50mm) SBC block machined to use BBC "Roller Cam Bearings" Make sure you're getting the proper cam for your application! (Sorry, No Returns) There are NO RETURNS on any of these cams,, so make sure you ask any question BEFORE you bid on any of these cams. I have these all listed at a very low price! It can also be argued that you can tell a lot of about a car from who drives it, especially when that person is a respected designer, in this case the head of Design Bugatti Achim Anscheidt. In one of Drive's latest episodes features Anscheidt and his Porsche ‘Private Project' 911 around the streets of Berlin, discussing his take on minimalism in design and construction and how he feels about personal design projects.

Fri, 24 May 2013Of all the brands that marked American automobile history, Mercury had never been the most popular or the most loved, which ultimately led to its demise in 2011 when Ford chose to terminate the brand. To be fair only a handful of Mercury models are worth remembering: the 1950 Mercury Eight iconic base for custom cars, the 1955 Montclair, the Mustang-based Cougar, the Marauder X-100, the evil Cyclone Spoiler. However one of their coolest creations is fairly unknown mostly due its short concept car life: El Gato, in Spanish translating as "The Cat".
2009 Mazda 3 hatchback unveiled ahead of Bologna
Tue, 25 Nov 2008Mazda has today released the first pictures of the new Mazda 3 hatchback, ahead of the Bologna Motor Show on December 3rd. The pictures come hot on the heels of the recently announced saloon and, just like the saloon, the Mazda 3 hatchback is a much fresher design, with far more sporty pretensions. One of the big aims for Mazda with the 3 was, of course, a much more economical car without sacrificing the old model’s strengths.
