Here is an item that is difficult to find for all vehicles! It is called a crank hole cover. Back

in the 1920s and '30s, there was a place to insert a crank at the bottom of the grille so you

could start your car even if your starter was shot or your battery was weak. These crank

hole covers were lost through the years and finding one is very tough. Unfortunately, I

have no clue what this one fits. I would guess a car from circa 1935. It might be off a truck

too. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Yes the chrome is almost non-existent but it

is as straight as it was when new. The all important clips that hold it in place are in good shape

too. I think it is amazing that they are so straight too. Yes I will combine items to save you money on

shipping. Sorry, but I do not accept returns so please do your homework. Shipping costs

(come and pick this up and peruse my other parts! I am only 5 minutes from the interstate)

will be a flat $6 in the lower 48 states.  If you have any questions or need more pics, please

contact me early in the auction. I may not have time to reply to a last-minute

(or even last couple days) inquiry. You can also contact me at (6O8) 556-177O. Did I mention that

I hate paepal and prefer cash and local pick-up? If you are out of the country and thinking of bidding, please

contact me first. Things that do not go will probably end up on kreegs lisp. Get it? Kreigs lisp! Thank you.

Project Car Hell, Off-Brand Japanese '80s Hairdryer Edition: I-Mark RS or Cordia Turbo?

Thu, 20 Oct 2011

Is it a sickness to love weird Japanese sport compacts from the era of Pseudo Echo and Iran-Contra? Cars that nobody but a few scarily obsessed single-interest types would even recognize? It sure is, but not to worry--there's no better reason to hurl yourself headlong into the Lake of Fire that is Project Car Hell.

It’s the Citroen DS3 Cabrio

Fri, 31 Aug 2012

Citroen has revealed the DS3 Cabrio, an open-top version of the very good DS3. Debuts at the 2012 Paris Motor Show. We did expect the Citroen DS3 Cabrio to come with the ‘Airflow’ badge attached, but Citroen has decided to keep it simple, so DS3 Cabrio it is.
