The Table of Contents is long and the information inside is impressive:

  • Leak-Down Testing
  • Ignition Identification & Testing
  • Servicing Ignition & Secondary Systems
  • Fuel Lines Fuel Pump Tests
  • Air Cleaner
  • Carburetion
  • Corvette 3x2 Setups
  • Synchronization

  • Anti-Dieseling Solenoids
  • Oscilloscopes and more!

This booklet is offered as a stand-alone purchase for those of you who have already bought the PART l (System Explanation) & PART lll (SPECIFICATIONS). Great to have all three for a set!

This is from a collection of a former GM Technical School Instructor who taught from the late 50’s to the school’s closing recently. You NEVER SEE THESE BOOKLETS AROUND. They are in perfect condition, unlike some hard-to-read, many times photocopied books, I have used the original, virgin booklet and it has been professionally produced. See my last 2000 positive feedbacks for comments on other Chevrolet and General Motors Booklets.

A RARE BOOKLET AT NO RESERVE!

Checkout and Payment expected within 48 of auction end. Will pack very cautiously. Described as best as possible.

Bristol Cars sold to China. Possibly.

Fri, 01 Apr 2011

Bristol Cars - is it a Chinese Takeaway Earlier this month we reported the sad demise of the quirky and eccentric supercar maker that is Bristol cars, forced in to administration through a shortage of equally eccentric millionaires to buy their creations from another time. The good news is that they still look like a viable entity if they’re properly marketed, so we didn’t expect it to be too long before a buyer popped up and grabbed the Bristol Cars name, its Kensington showrooms and the handful of staff left. So we weren’t surprised to get an email this morning from China telling us the press there are reporting that the Xinjiang No1 Tractor Company – a State-owned maker of tractors (you’d never have guessed) – had snapped up Bristol Cars from the administrators.

2015 Lincoln Navigator gets a fresh face

Thu, 23 Jan 2014

Lincoln has just unveiled a refreshed 2015 Navigator. The Navigator received its last visual updates in 2007, but today steps out with a fresh fascia and improved interior and exterior styling. Seven years is a lifetime in the car world, and the 2015 Navigator will have some pretty stiff competition in the luxury SUV class including the Mercedes-Benz GL and Cadillac Escalade.

Alfa Romeo 4C Concept video – lest we forget

Mon, 25 Jul 2011

Alfa Romeo release an Alfa 4C Video One of the most appealing cars at this year’s Geneva Motor Show was the Alfa Romeo 4C, a good-looking, mid-engined, 2-seater coupe. Better still, Alfa let it be known that this 4C Concept wasn’t just for fun, it was on the way to a showroom near you. In fact we believed the Alfa 4C was the car that would be the halo model for Alfa Romeo’s return to the American market, at that time expected to be in 2012 but, as we reported recently, that plan is going a bit awry.
