This is a GM Performance Ram Jet 350 with 350 horsepower and 400 ft pounds. The motor was installed in my truck and I drove the truck for about 500 miles and completely tore the truck down to do some final welding and paint and powder coat everything. During this time, the entire project fell through. I am asking for $5,000 which is less than what I even paid for the engine. The engine has been custom painted with a dark gray metallic paint and so has the top of the intake and fuel rails to match. Not only are you buying the engine, but you're getting a brand new set of valve covers, a set of painted long tube headers, a set of shorty ceramic coated headers MSD 6A ignition box, and a set of Accel 8.8 plug wires. The engine also comes with a full set of Allen Grooves cerpentine brackets that have been painted to match the engine. They accept alternator, power steering, and A/C. Also a set of stage 8 locking header bolts. As you can see, the engine is in the back room of my apartment and it has to go and be in your project. If you have any questions, please feel free to call (910) 264-7993.

Toyota Prius Plug-in Hybrid – details

Fri, 11 Sep 2009

The Toyota Prius Plug-in Hybrid will show at Frankfurt The principle difference between the standard Prius and this new plug-in version is – you’ll never guess – that it adds the ability to charge the Prius’ batteries through a domestic outlet. The Prius can be fully recharged in around 1.5 hours, and the new lithium-ion battery pack – which replaces the old nickel-metal hydride pack in the regular Prius – is more compact and of higher output. Toyota claim that the plug-in Prius can cover round 12.5 miles on a full charge in pure ‘Electric Mode’, which is around double that of the normal Prius.

Aston Martin reveals the 2012 V12 Vantage GT3 race car

Wed, 24 Aug 2011

Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3 It’s been mooted for quite a while, but now it’s confirmed – AM are to replace the DBR9S race car with the Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3. Built on Aston Martin’s now rather ancient V/H architecture modular chassis, the Vantage GT3 also features Aston Martin’s one and only engine – the V12 originally built from a pair of Ford Mondeo engines – which in the GT3 version will produce something in the region of 600bhp and 516lb/ft of torque. What the GT3 also gets – as the photo above clearly demonstrates - are new aerodynamics, which makes the GT3 seem much more aggressive than the V12 Vantage on which it’s based.
