Covers 229, 262, 305, 350 (5.7), 454 (7.4) and 502 cubic inch engines
This is a xerox reproduced copy of a 1992 manual that has been cleaned up and edited to show as well as possible. However, second generation xerox never does well on photos. 
These old manual reproductions are intended to assist with engine maintenance, and are not claimed to be as clear as an original if you can find one. This manual also has additions from the engine install manual as well and in some cases we may be able to supply parts xref manuals. For those manuals that we might not have, standard GM parts manuals will be a great help for the basic engine components. Most Crusader accessories are NOT standard GM parts, ie; GM never made seawater systems or reverse rotation components.

This manual is supplied loose-leaf, un-punched. This manual covers the repair and replacement of every Crusader version, system, part, schematics, including raw and seawater cooling for the engine years 1980 thru 1992 (All Small Block and Big Block motors).

This is a Xerox of the mechanics factory manual that tells a technician how to accomplish repairs in detail.

It covers every size Crusader engine listed above, that was made between 1980 and 1992.
Many small block parts are common from 1957 all the way up thru the currently produced models, like cooling, etc. 
But, for the newer upgrades like Fuel Injection, Vortec Heads etc., you will need one of the newer service manuals.
Many of the Operator manuals are available free on the Crusader website.

No returns or refunds on reproduced manuals. If you find a bad page, let us know and we will replace it. Blank pages are normal, usually at the ends of chapters or sections, as that is how the originals were printed. We try to eliminate them, but some will sneak thru.

We normally process these within one day. However, if you select Priority Express, there will be a delay due to Postal requirements in our area. The Express Cut-off time is 3pm. Our Postal drop is 5pm, so you must ADD one day to the advertised Postal delivery period.

The first BMW i8s delivered in Germany The new BMW i8 hybrid supercar was finally revealed in production guise at last year’s Frankfurt Motor Show, and by the time it went in to production the whole of the 2014 run of i8s was sold out. Apart from its innovative plug-in hybrid powertrain, the i8 offers many new technologies, one of which is a set of laser lights which deliver a much brighter main beam than LED and looked set to be the first time such lights have appeared on a production car. But Audi tried to upset BMW’s applecart by revealing the R8 LMX last month, which also came with laser lights, and looked set to arrive with customers before the i8.
