This means some parts don't come with instructions as we are a dealer and therefore don't receive the instructions when we place a stock order. If this is a problem please message me and I will see if I have one I could copy and send.

I do have a return policy (look in the shipping and payments tab above the description box) if you need to utilize that service. I ask you to message me first before trying to return an item as it could be as simple as a relay board missing a fuse. Please before buying any electronics please double check your wiring to make sure the wires aren't causing your problem. U.S. examining Mini Cooper steering

The National Highway Transportation Safety Administration is investigating Mini Coopers for unexpected loss of power steering. NHTSA has launched an investigation of 2004-model Coopers after receiving 54 consumer complaints and a confidential number of field reports, the administration stated on its Web site. The reports state that it is hard to control the vehicle when the power steering fails.
