EGR Removal Service
Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) is a system that takes exhaust gas from a diesel’s exhaust manifold and reintroduces it into the intake of the engine to reduce the combustion chamber temperature. Unfortunately, the EGR gasses from a diesel tend to bring a sooty mess, that sooty mess tends to gum up the EGR valve, EGR cooler, intake ports, and any sensors that are exposed to it. 

The removal of the EGR adds 50 to 75 horse power and 150 to 175 more foot pounds of torque to your truck and increased throttle response with less soot going back into the engine.

While we program your ECM, we are able to stop the EGR from operating without having to buy an expensive removal kit.

With our EGR and DPF delete tunes you can leave all the hardware on the truck and only remove the filter (or drill holes in it) and put a block off plate on the intake side of the engine where the EGR connects to the intake incase your EGR valve was leaking so you don't have any problems. Or you can remove all the hardware. 

After we do the custom tune everything will function properly like an original factory truck. This includes the VGT turbo that some tuners like to delete because they can't tune the ECM properly.

Karim Habib to Head Exterior Design at BMW

News of that new appointment was revealed today and, as of March 2011, Karim Habib will become the new Head of Exteriors at BMW Design. No stranger to BMW Design, Habib comes back to the Munich-based carmaker after a two year absence, during which time he worked for rival German carmaker Mercedes-Benz.

Chevrolet Viva is spied, set to replace Aveo
