Report: Britain averaged over 50mpg in 2013

The institution analysed efficiency figures for all new cars sold in the UK in 2013, working out the average CO2 emissions from the 2.26 million cars sold in Britain last year and coming up with a figure of 128.3g/km. Ford Mustang adds ‘Mayhem' to its option list
Mon, 09 May 2011The social networks have spoken: The Ford Mustang V6 Performance package will now be known as the Mayhem Mustang package. Ford put out a call to its 1.4 million Facebook fans with the question, “What should we call the Mustang V6 Performance package?” More than 3,000 submissions were made via Ford's Facebook page, and almost 6,700 users installed the “You Name It” app. The winning submission came from a fan in North Carolina, who won a three-year lease on the 2012 Ford Mustang V6.
