This is a one off hand tooled leather seat, built on an Accufast Seat Pan, Top is covered in 8 oz Hermann Oak veg tanned leather border with genuine grade A Cayman belly skin inlay hand stitched in., the bottom is covered in 8oz Hermann Oak cowhide tooled in a matching design and held to the bottom of the pan with pop rivets . the top and bottom leathers are held together with top quality kangaroo leather lace in a mexican round basketweave..Three Quarter inch high quality closed cell high density neoprene foam covers the entire seat with an aditional 1/4" soft foam under the inlay, Seat measures 13 x 10. Spring mounting studs are at 7 inch centers and standard adjustable front hinge mount. This is a top quality seat all around, hand tooled, assembled, laced, stitched, dyed and oiled by me. Ive got an average of 25 to 30 manhours in this seat. As well as 100 plus dollars in materials. Please check my feedback to see what people think of my seats.. GM posts wider loss, burns through $5.2 billion in cash
Thu, 26 Feb 2009General Motors, battered by a global economic collapse and buoyed by U.S. rescue loans, posted its sixth straight quarterly loss and burned through $5.2 billion in cash as revenue shrank by more than a third. The net loss of $9.6 billion in the fourth quarter compares with a loss of $1.5 billion a year earlier.
Tesla is the midst of coast to coast rally from LA to New York
Thu, 30 Jan 2014Just a few days after the last Tesla Superchargers were in place, allowing a coast to coast trip from Los Angeles to New York (via South Dakota), the company has decided to test this is practice. Tesla has staked its reputation on getting 98 percent of the country within the coverage of a Supercharger station by 2015 and the first major milestone was the completion of what we'll call The Supercharger Trail, a series of overlapping charging station locations that would allow one to take a trip from New York to LA. Just past midnight on Thursday, January 30th, a Tesla Motors team left Los Angeles in two Model S sedans bound for New York City.

However, the European Car of the Year organisation expects the list of nominees to expand even further, before motoring journalist from across Europe vote in September 2009 to cull the entrants and create a seven-car shortlist. The overall winner will then be announced at the end of the year.
