Overseas shipping is done by Priority Mail and depending on customs clearance delivery is 14-21 days. The USPS does not show progression in your country until the item clears customs. Once the item shows through customs they are generally delivered in 1-4 days. Oversized items will be handled on a per case basis. This year's Pilkington Glass Awards winners announced at RCA grad show

Last week's Royal College of Art graduation exhibition (full report coming soon) also played host to the 27th annual Pilkington Vehicle Design Awards, with four students acknowledged by the glass making company. The Best Use of Glazing award was won by Jannis Carius' Bentley project, while Alexander Ibbett picked up prize for Best Design Interpretation with his 'downloadable' car. Meanwhile Alexander Brink and Nick Dunderdale were commended in the design interpretation category.

College Exhibition: IED Degree Show 2007

The Istituto Europeo di Design of Turin (IED) teamed up with Toyota to create "Prius of 2010-2015", the third year project of 26 students in the post-graduate Transportation Design Course. Led by Fulvio Fantolino, IED's Transportation Design Course Coordinator and followed in the various design stages by Elvio D'Aprile, Assistant Chief Designer at Toyota Europe Design Development, and by Tateo Uchida, General Director Research and Project Forum, the task to come up with concepts that, in addition to heightening the technological excellence, could stress the emotional element, an essential characteristic to conquer the European and world market. In all, ten projects were created and submitted to Toyota as the students' final thesis projects, showcasing a variety of different proposals for future ecological hybrid vehicles.
