1) IT IS NOT TRACKED.
2) TO MEET PAYPAL’S “PROOF OF DELIVERY” CLAUSE, SHOULD IT NOT BE DELIVERED, IT MUST BE REGISTERED (A $10.80 USPS FEE). IF FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL IS LOST AND IT IS NOT REGISTERED, THE SHIPPER IS OUT ALL COSTS (BOTH SHIPPING AND THE ITEM SOLD). THEREFORE, I WILL NOT SHIP UNREGISTERED FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL. PLEASE DO NOT ASK.
3) WHILE FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL CAN BE PICKED UP, REGISTERED INTERNATIONAL HAS TO BE DONE “OVER THE COUNTER” AT THE LOCAL POST OFFICE. SINCE I WORK 10 HOURS A DAY AT MY DAY JOB, I CAN NOT GO TO THE POST OFFICE DURING BUSINESS HOURS (ALSO THERE IS ALWAYS A 30-40 MINUTE WAITING LINE).
4) IT IS NOT INSURABLE (PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL PARCEL COMES WITH SOME INDEMNITY AND EXTRA CAN BE PURCHASED).
5) THE USPS DOES NOT PROVIDE “FREE OF CHARGE” PACKING MATERIAL FOR FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL AS IT DOES FOR PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL.
6) FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL IS SLOWER.
WITH THE REGISTRY FEE OF $10.80 (THIS IS USPS’S CHARGE, NOT MINE) AND EXTRA HANDLING FEES THAT I WOULD NEED TO COVER MY COSTS, AND THE FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL USPS CHARGE OF $2.OO TO $5.00 (OR MORE), YOU HAVE SAVED NOTHING AND WILL HAVE TO WAIT LONGER AND MAY BE OUT THE VALUE OF YOUR ENTIRE PACKAGE IF IT DOES NOT ARRIVE.
AS NOTED ABOVE, I COMBINE SHIPPING FOR MULTIPLE AUCTIONS AND I DO THIS BY WEIGHT, NOT BY NUMBER OF ITEMS. THE WEIGHT OF SOME OF THESE ITEMS IS SO LOW, THE SHIPPING COULD EASILY BE THE SAME FOR FIVE AS IT IS FOR ONE.

And now we get the same treatment for the new Sorento’s interior. Frankly, the exterior design sketches were nothing more than a tease of what’s on offer – and doubtless far more dramatic than the real 2015 Sorento will be – and the teaser sketches of the interior are even less revealing of what will be on offer.
