Listing is for the vinyl sticker pictured. The decal is approximately 7-8". Custom sizes are also available, message us if interested. The decal will not have the background or watermark, it will only be the white of the design pictured. Each design will be cut, picked out and masked with tranfer tape for easy application! Stickers are made of white Oracal 651 or GT vinyl and have a life expectancy of 5-6 years outdoor use! We can also make your sticker in Pink, Red, Orange, Purple, Blue, Yellow, Green, Neon Lime Green, Dark Gray, Metallic Silver, Metallic Gold, Metallic Copper. Buyer must notify seller of color change at the checkout screen under ORDER DETAILS>CHANGE>ADD MESSAGE. Please no messages regarding color changes after purchase, Seller is not responsible for color changes made through messaging. Michelin Recognizes CCS Student Talent
Wed, 03 Feb 2010Five senior students from the Transportation Design Department of the College for Creative Studies (CCS) in Detroit have won prestigious design awards at the 21st Annual Michelin-CCS Design Competition. The creative brief for the competition theme "Electrifying - Beautiful, Innovative and Radiant" required the students to submit electric vehicle design solutions they could realistically envision driving in the year 2020, as well as designs which addressed a specific transportation problem or opportunity. Each student also submitted a separate tire/wheel assembly based on Michelin's Active Wheel technology.
Infiniti EV put on hold to concentrate on volume sales
Mon, 03 Jun 2013An Infiniti EV based on the Nissan LEAF (previewed by the LE Concept above) have been put on hold Nissan’s luxury arm, Infiniti, is on a global push to try and make inroads in to the dominance of Lexus in the luxury Japanese car arena, and has ambitious plans to be selling 500,000 cars a year by 2017. But Infiniti sold only a third of that total in 2012, so any chance of hitting the lofty target of 500k cars in the next five years means they must concentrate on volume cars, not niche cars like a Nissan LEAF based EV. That means the LEAF-based Infiniti LE EV Concept we saw at the New York Auto Show in 2012 will stay as a concept for the foreseeable future as Infiniti boss, Johan de Nysschen, seeks volume cars that will push the brand forward and bring proper sales numbers.
