Ford S-Max and Galaxy (2010) first official pictures

Tue, 15 Dec 2009

Ford today whisks the covers off updated versions of the S-Max and Galaxy, fresh for launch in 2010. The MPV duo will be shown publicly for the first time at that most Eurocratic of motor shows, the 2010 Brussels expo. The facelifts may look mild, but Ford's European design boss Martin Smith says there are more than 1700 new parts, including sheet metal changes. He says the changes are designed to 'give them a fresh new look and more premium appeal.' Both MPVs gain fresh bonnets, grilles, facias and LED tail lights.

70% of premium brand cars stolen are taken with the car’s own keys

Thu, 03 Apr 2014

High-end SUVs – like the new Range Rover (pictured) are a prime target for car key thieves There was once a time when all it took to steal a car was a wire coathanger and the ability to hotwire the ignition. But as car makers have got better at securing the second most expensive asset most of us will ever own, car thieves have had to look for a different approach, and that approach is increasingly to relieve owners of the keys to their pride and joy. Cobra – the vehicle tracking firm – are reporting that a massive 70 per cent of all premium brand cars stolen in 2014 – with an average value of £40k, up £6k on 2012 – are being parted from their owners using that owners keys.

Infiniti teases new 2014 concept car ahead of Paris motor show

Wed, 20 Aug 2014

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 20 August 2014 06:24 Infiniti has joined the annoying teaser campaign trail - with this first glimpse of a new car, thought to be bound for the Paris motor show 2014. It has issued this solitary photograph of a new Infiniti grille that is believed to be attached to the front of a new Infiniti concept car. Apart from some rather elegant detailing on the grille pattern - it reminds us of shifting sands on a beach viewed from overhead - we can indeed make out nothing whatsoever about the new Infiniti concept car.
