I bought this tank for a project but never used it, its in perfect shape, just as I bought it. This classic chopper gas tank is a 2.2 gallon Axed tank. It has a bit of a bulbous appearance and sits up pretty high on your frame's backbone. It accepts any stock cam-style filler cap and has both a 3/8" NPT and 1/4" NPT petcock bungs. The tunnel, at deepest, is 3.5" deep. The mounting tabs are undrilled, allowing you to drill and mount your tank exactly how you want it. These are a very nice quality tank, perfect for your home built chopper project.

Take a look at the first two photos below for the dimensions on this tank.

Tanks are pressure tested at the factory, but it is highly recommended you or your painter pressure test it again before painting; it's cheap insurance!
