This is a cylinder from a Kawasaki KZ1000P police bike. It has no broken fins and looks to have a fresh bore job to 69.25 mm that has never had pistons installed in it. It has been cleaned, gaskets scraped and is ready to be installed. If you need a piston kit the Wiseco kit will bore right into it.

Automakers should disable technologies that distract drivers, U.S. says

The U.S. Department of Transportation on Thursday released its long-awaited guidelines on distracted driving, calling on automakers to disable applications that allow drivers to manually access social media, surf the Web or send text messages while on the road. The recommendations also seek to prevent any in-car technologies that require drivers to use both hands or take their eyes off the road for more than two seconds.

MORE THAN 30,000 male drivers aged 17-20 have anything up to six penalty points on their driving licences. There is also a wide gulf between offending rates for young men and young women, with women drivers aged 20 or under only recording 9,758 instances of attracting three to six points. As many as 1,210 17-year-old males have accrued up to six points, with 358 currently having the maximum permissible six.
