This is a used cylinder block and crankcase assembly from a 1990 Evinrude 50 hp 2-stroke freshwater outboard motor, model number E50BEESR.  OEM part number for the block & crankcase is 398872.  The block was used in Evinrude and Johnson 40, 48 and 50 hp models from 1989 to 1992.  Bottom cylinder bore will need boring to oversize as the piston was severely scuffed, damaging the bore.  Top bore is undamaged and may or may not need boring - I will leave that determination up to the buyer.  There is some surface rust in the bores from sitting for a bit, but it will clean up when the block is prepped.  No corrosion, welds or cracks visible.  This appears to be a good, rebuildable block.  All parts are sold AS IS for PARTS ONLY.  There is no warranty expressed or implied so please ask all questions prior to bidding. Mercedes R Class - dropped in the USA Mercedes-Benz has confirmed that it will debut the new Mercedes GL at the New York Auto Show in April, and the R Class is being dropped from the US. The big Mercedes GL SUV has been around for a while now, and we’ve been expecting a facelift version to arrive for a while. But reports are now saying that the new GL won’t be a mild facelift but an all new model.

New Citroen DS3 Cabrio costs from £15,045

Citroen has revealed the new DS3 Cabrio will cost from £15,045 and come in three trim specs - DSign, DStyle & DSport. The Citroen DS3 is already one of our favourite cars, and Citroen has made sure the DS3 Cabrio still looks good with the roof up – and kept costs in check – by using a similar ‘landaulette’ style roof to the Fiat 500C, where the cabrio but is more like a long, canvas sunroof that site on the boot when open. The new DS3 Cabrio will come in Citroen’s main DS3 trim levels - DSign, DStyle & DSport – with the DS3 VTi 82 Cabrio DSign costing £15.045, the DStyle VTi 120 Cabrio £17,425 and the DSport THP 155 Cabrio £19,675.
