Shipping Items are shipped within 3 business
days from the date of the posted payment. If you would like your item shipped
to another address or you have special instructions, please contact us via eBay
messages.
Once the item has shipped tracking information will be
e-mailed to the e-mail address on file with eBay and it will automatically
update your purchase history with tracking information. Please feel free to
contact us if you cannot locate your tracking information.
If you pay via
PayPal eCheck please be aware that we will not ship until the payment has
cleared.
We do offer combined shipping. Discounts are available when
they apply. If you would like to combine shipping, please contact us via the
eBay message system prior to making payment. Please do not wait two weeks at a
time to be able to combine shipping.
Our carriers are UPS, FedEx, USPS.
We can use other carriers if we are notified, however, this will have to set up
and paid for by the buyer.
We ship to the 48 Continental USA.
We
do not ship to the following: Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico,
APO, or Internationally.
We do want you to receive your items quickly,
however, we reserve the right to select the carrier. If you wish to specify a
particular carrier, please contact us before bidding to make sure we can honor
your request.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping/handling charges
unless we indicate otherwise.
Please expect to pay Additional Fees for
any of the following situations: Expedited/Overnight Shipping Shipping
to Post Office Boxes Shipping via your Specific Carrier, or via Third Party

to acquire and exercise their warranty rights via the manufacturer, not via New
Life Electronics 2. Warranties for some of our products are available through
SquareTrade after purchase.
