College Exhibition: Elisava Design Degree Show 2004

Nov 26, 2004 - Graduating students from the Transportation Design Masters program at Spain's Elisava School of Design presented their work in the 2004 Degree Show entitled 'Mobility Techniques' held in July at the Mies van der Rohe Pavilion, in Barcelona. Smart parking needed to help drivers

SMART parking is needed to help relieve congestion in cities and help reduced stress levels for drivers to improve their health. This is the conclusion of a report into the difficulties facing urban drivers. Conducted by Dr Therese Cory, the report says parking has become one of the biggest frustrations for drivers in towns and cities.

Gordon Murray and Yamaha reveal new Motiv city car (2016)

Built in conjunction with Yamaha, the Motiv uses elements of F1, motorcycle and extra-automotive technology to try and cut down on the environmental impact building – and running – a car creates. Mainly, it’s the two-seater’s production process, coined ‘iStream’ by the 240mph McLaren F1’s designer Gordon Murray.
