Dainese Textile pants with armor (certified to EN 1621.1 Standard). Jacket - pants fastening system. These lined pants are warm, waterproof and wind proof. They are cut regular size EURO 52, US 42. They have no signs of wear, and have been sitting in my closet collecting dust, not sure of the model, but remember paying almost $300.00, I went on-line to Dainese and they are very similar to the STOCKHOLM model (retails for 289.) Great for long distance touring or sport riding. No tears, stains or sign of wear, a great pair of quality pants. |

But it’s gone up a bit since then. By 2011, it was costing twice as much – £10 a day – for the dubious privilege of driving in London, but having resisted the temptation of putting the price up for the last three years, Transport for London has announced it will be charging 15 per cent more from 7am on 16 June 2014 for your daily commute – that’s a whopping £11.50.
Bentley Continental GT3 Road Car? Probably not
Fri, 05 Oct 2012Despite reports to the contrary, it seems highly unlikely that Bentley will produce a road going version of the Continental GT3. The Continental GT3 is just a concept at the moment - although it will become a proper track car – but it has already had Autocar gazing in to its crystal ball to suggest that Bentley will be building a GT3 for the road, with a 700bhp W12 and 4WD, and will sell it in limited numbers. But that doesn’t add up to us.

Mon, 29 Aug 2011Belgian Grand Prix 2011 As always, Spa threw the weather in to the equation in qualifying for the Belgian Grand Prix, with Button ending in 13th place on the grid after a rapidly drying track left the McLaren driver stranded in 13th place as others took advantage, despite being obviously quicker than most of the pack. Without the rain errors it could have been a McLaren front row, but Hamilton at least managed to show the McLarens were quick at Spa and joined Vettel on the front row with Webber in third and Massa fourth. But all the promise came to nothing for Hamilton as he reverted to type and drove like a petulant child – straight in to Kamui Kobayashi on lap thirteen – ending McLaren’s hopes of a win.
