VHX-82C-CAM

Please note: This VHX system may have a lead time of approximately 1-3 weeks before it goes out. For domestic orders, your system will get sent directly to you from the manufacturer. For international orders, your system will get sent to our shop first, then we will send it out to you.

For many, the 3rd-Gen Camaro was the finest made: the 1982 - 89 Camaro is the perfect vehicle for modification and bringing its features to today’s standards. These VHX Systems fit directly into the stock Camaro gauge bezel (not included) and include new billet aluminum rear gauge carrier.

A new chapter began in 1982 for the Chevy Camaro, and Dakota Digital took notice. VHX-82C-CAM is a simple bolt in for the 1982-89 Camaro (sorry, not Firebird), boasting five analog instruments in additional to dual LCD message centers.

Fully lit needles, backlit faces, and three highly visible LCD message centers are a few of the things that you can see which set the VHX Series apart from yesterday’s traditional approach to instrumentation. A few of the features which you don’t normally see are the micro-controlled precision stepper motors, solid state sensors for unparalleled accuracy, and user-customizable display feedback, all supported by an unrivaled limited lifetime warranty which has become the standard for Dakota Digital instrumentation systems. Completely engineered and manufactured at their facility in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, the VHX Series has completely revolutionized the instrumentation industry!

*Uses factory bezel. Bezel not included.

Range Rover the must-have car this Christmas?

Thu, 26 Dec 2013

Eartha Kitt may have asked ‘Santa Baby’ for a ’54 convertible for Christmas, but when it comes to the rest of us, it would appear that British is best. That’s according to a survey of 55,000 petrolheads by airport and online car competitions company, Best of the Best. In the poll, not only did the Range Rover claim top spot, it also grabbed third and fourth position, with only the Aston Martin Vantage stopping the luxury off-roader from making it a perfect one, two, three.

Maserati sedan spied near Modena

Mon, 08 Oct 2012

Maserati has confirmed its upcoming sedan will be called the Ghibli, and a heavily covered four-door model has been captured near Modena, Italy. Is this the purported E-segment sedan that could spell sales volume and an extension of the Maserati brand? We hear the prototype appeared to be smaller than the Quattroporte and with a different interior.

Mitsubishi to kill current U.S.-made lineup, bring in new platform

Thu, 20 Jan 2011

Mitsubishi Motors Corp. plans to kill its current lineup of U.S.-made vehicles, including the Eclipse sporty car and Endeavor crossover, over the next three years and switch to producing global vehicles at its Illinois plant, partly to target export markets. The current nameplates will be phased out by 2014 as part of the carmaker's “Jump 2013” mid-term business plan unveiled Thursday by president Osamu Masuko.
