This auction is for a Ford Dana 44 F front differential housing that has had the axle tubes cut off. The housing came from a 1976 Ford F150 four wheel drive and is the high pinion model used on many Ford 4 X 4 front ends. This housing is designed for use with Dana 44 reverse cut ring & pinion gears and will accept both single track carriers and posi track carriers such as the Trac Loc, Detroit Locker, True Track, Auburn posi a or most any unit designed for Dana 44 front or rear ends. I have noticed that there are some people who could possible use this to fabricate a custom front end better designed for their application so I thought I would list one and see what happens. I pressure washed the housing to remove the bulk of the dirt & grease but it will still need a little cleaning. Even with the axle tubes removed this still weighs in at nearly 60 lbs but it can be shipped by UPS/FedEx. This auction is for the bare housing, no gears or carrier. The bearing caps have been placed in their original position since they are machined to the housing and are not interchangeable. If you have a question e-mail me before you bid. Infiniti M35 Hybrid revealed

It will feature a 3.5 litre V6 petrol engine coupled to an electric motor by a clutch, which means the drive goes through the propshaft to the rear wheels whatever mix of power source is being used. The M35 Hybrid is a mild hybrid, with the electric motor being used to boost the petrol engine when maximum power is called for, as well as charging the battery and recovering energy that would otherwise be lost under braking and acceleration.
Subaru recalls 2011 Legacy, Outback models for moonroof fix
Thu, 15 Sep 2011Subaru is recalling 69,590 copies of the 2011 Legacy and Outback because of a problem with the moonroof. The glass has been known to loosen and detach from the roof while driving, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. NHTSA says that the adhesive between the glass and the retainer was inadequately applied.
