This is a Tru-Lok carrier from a 1961 Jeep CJ5 with the Dana 44 rear axle 30 spline axles. The carrier is used however the ring and pinion are NOS (New Old Stock) recently bolted to the carrier never installed in axle. There is slight surface oxidation which will come off with a brillo pad. 


The carrier is used and I do not know the condition of the clutches. When I removed the carrier from the axle it was working and the jeep was drivable. I would recommend replacing clutches but that'll be your decision. There is a bearing with spacers missing from the photo, i will include those in the shipping container so you have the oem spacing. You'll need to have it shimmed correctly for your differential. 

The ring and pinion are 43:8 or 5.38:1 ratio.

It’s hard to believe, but the current generation of the MIN I has sold over 1 million around the globe in the seven years since it launched, and the BMW MINI – since its re-birth in 2001 – has shifted a grand total of 1,863,289 MINI hatches and 2.4 million MINIs have been built in Oxford since 2001. When the current, 2nd generation BMW MINI, was launched in 2006, it brought with it new turbocharged engines and suspension tweaks to make sure the then ‘new’ MINI continued to offer all the things that make MINI special, but in a more grow-up way.
