“Came out of a running and driving 98 3500 with 150,000 miles. I swapped it with a rear that had 3.54 gears in it. I believe all it would need is brake work but a good going through would probably be a good idea.”

 This is a complete Dana 80 rear axle assembly from a 1998 Dodge 3500 manual Cummins with a 4.10 ratio.  Axle was working fine in the truck I just swapped it for one with 3.54 gears.  Truck had 150,000 miles on it when I took the axle out.  I remember the brakes not working well so they may need work.  Let me know if there are any questions.

Mazda is reportedly pulling out of a joint manufacturing venture with Ford Motor Co. that was thought to be unprofitable for the Japanese carmaker. The site, AutoAlliance International, is about 25 miles south of Detroit and makes the Mazda 6 and the Ford Mustang.

Vignale is the Blue Oval’s response. “A unique upscale product and ownership experience” is how Ford was selling Vignale as the covers came off the Mondeo Vignale Concept car at Frankfurt 2013.
