Citroen DS3 Cabrio Racing confirmed for production – and it’s OFFICIAL
Mon, 16 Dec 2013The Citroen DS3 Cabrio Racing is officially going in to production It’s been more than three years since the Citroen DS3 Racing arrived as a performance pocket rocket to sit at the top of the DS3 range, but all we’ve had so far on the obvious next route – the DS3 Cabrio Racing – is a concept at Goodwood this year. We did hear shortly after its appearance at Goodwood that the Citroen DS3 Cabrio Racing is going in to production, but now that’s been made official by Peugeot. In terms of what’s on offer, the Cabrio – apart from the hole in the roof – is going to be exactly what the DS 3 Racing is with a 1.6 litre four-pot Turbo delivering a very healthy 207bhp, enough for a 0-62mph in around 6.5 seconds.
Extra-long-wheelbase BMW 7-series rumored for 2016
Tue, 10 Dec 2013BMW may be planning to field an extra-long-wheelbase 7-series after the current model is replaced for the 2016 model year, BimmerToday reports. The current-generation 7-series has been with us since 2008, though its replacement is almost around the corner, relatively speaking. And even though the current version does not offer an extra-long-wheelbase body style, one based on the all-new 2016 BMW 7 series may be in the works.

Mon, 28 Oct 2013The new Range Rover LWB (pictured) will arrive in showrooms March 2014 It was always a give – especially with demand for luxury cars better able to offer an expansive rear cabin in China – that Land Rover would stretch the Range Rover to create a long wheelbase Range Rover. And here it is. Land Rover has given the new Range Rover an extra 140mm of rear leg room to make it a properly spacious VIP transporter, and seem to have done so without spoiling the Range Rover’s proportions; extended rear doors manage to look like they belong.
