For sale is a vintage 60's american made Red dash light. NOS and have friction fit SMOOTH RED lucite lense. I has a large course knurled bezel on the lens. Needs a 11/16 size hole to mount into. Great for hot rods, fire trucks, race cars oil pressure warning light. 12v bulb included. S/H 4.00 I will combine shipping. Sold as is. Chrysler to build ZF's eight-speed transmission in Indiana
Wed, 09 Jun 2010The Chrysler Group plans to spend $300 million to build a new eight-speed automatic transmission licensed from ZF Group, a transmission maker headquartered in Friedrichshafen, Germany. The investment will pay for installation of special tooling and equipment at Chrysler's Transmission Plant 1 and Kokomo Casting Plant in Indiana and help retain 1,200 jobs there, Chrysler said Wednesday. Production will start in 2013.

Wed, 14 Nov 2012Toyota has revealed more details and pictures of its Avalon sedan, first seen at last year's New York auto show. The Avalon, designed at the carmaker's Calty design studio, offers a glimpse of Toyota's new emphasis on design and to help reposition its flagship sedan within the premium mid-size segment. The height has been reduced by 25 mm while the overhangs have been reduced by 15 mm at the front and 45 mm at the rear.

This radical concept was created at a time when Ghia was a division of the Ford Motor Company. The concept itself debuted in one place where the Lincoln brand was, ahem, somewhat underappreciated: the Geneva Auto Show.
