We warrant products against any defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and service as long as the original buyer of product owns the vehicle where product was installed.

Within 30 days after you received the product you may return it for Refund. All products must be in perfect condition, in the original package and 3M adhesive tape has not been removed. Custom made products are not refundable. Please contact us for Return Authorization Number. Any packages sent without Return Authorization Number will not be accepted. Return Authorization Number must be visible on the packaging box. All kits in regulars materials are subject to 20% restocking fee if returned, Dash Kits in Real Carbon Fibers and/or Premium Coated materials are subject to 30% restocking fee, unless there was our processing error.

We ship all packages via UPS or USPS. Shipping charges will be calculated depend of your location and package weight. Production of a Dashboard Trim Kit may take up to 4 BUSINESS days for regular materials and up to 7 BUSINESS days for all Real Carbon Fibers and Premium Coated materials (excluding day of purchase). Ground shipping time takes up to 6 BUSINESS days in Continental US. Shipping to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses may take longer than 6 BUSINESS days! For your convenient and fast shipping please do not use P.O. Box or APO/FPO address as your shipping address if possible. International shipping usually takes 6-10 BUSINESS days, but could take longer for some countries and areas.  This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays.
