This was removed from a 1974 260z 2+2 with the L26 engine. It turns freely and has been brushed with mineral spirits and sprayed with Corrosion X. I'm selling it "as is" in hopes that someone can really clean it up and use it or keep it around as a spare. If you have any questions, just ask and I'll do my best to answer them.
I'm parting out my 260z, so please check my other auctions. I'll be listing parts as they are pulled, but if there's something you need, let me know and I'll pull it if it's still available. Thanks.

MOT test scrapped for Classic Cars

Mon, 21 May 2012

MOTs scrapped for Classic Cars The Department for Transport has announced it is scrapping MOT tests for cars registered before 1960. In a move that probably won’t make much difference to owners – but will at least cut down on red tape – the Department of Transport has announced that from 18th November 2012 owners of cars registered before 1960 will no longer require an annual MOT. The argument for the change is that owners of classic and historic cars have a much lower accident and MOT failure rate than other vehicles on the road.
