This M4 amplified electret microphone has been tested and meets David Clarks specs. This mic will work on these David Clark headsets ; H10-40, H10-30, H10-36 and to convert the H10-76 military headset. This Electret Microphone is a noise canceling type designed to operate in place of carbon and amplified dynamic microphones. It will not operate in circuits that do not supply a DC bias voltage. Most modern aviation communications equipment do supply this required voltage. If unsure, consult with your radio technical manual or with your local avionics shop. SoCal Speed shop wins AMBR award as hod-rodding returns to its roots
Mon, 30 Jan 2012In a competition that "took hot-rodding back to its SoCal roots," the SoCal Speed Shop--the entity founded by original hot-rod hero Alex Xydias and now helmed by Pete Chapouris--finally won the AMBR. That's AMBR, as in, America's Most Beautiful Roadster, the most sought-after title in all of hot-rodding and the crowning glory of the Grand National Roadster Show. There is that competition at the Detroit Autorama that hands out the Ridler Award, but that is open to all manner of kustom kars.

Infiniti FX Sebastian Vettel edition announced for 2013 release
Thu, 15 Mar 2012Infiniti will offer the Infiniti FX Sebastian Vettel version for 2013 delivery in a limited production run of 200 units. First released as a concept at the 2011 Frankfurt motor show in September, the Sebastian Vettel FX comes equipped with carbon-fiber aero accessories, a lowered suspension and a 5.0-liter V8 that churns out 414 hp. Pricing has not been announced, but rest assured that it will be geared toward those with no-holds-barred spending habits.
