Vuhl to debut 05 car at Goodwood Festival
Tue, 12 Mar 2013A Mexico-based carmaker says it will debut what it calls a supercar at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in July. The company is named Vuhl—pronounced “vool”—and its first product will be the 05, described as a road-legal lightweight car engineered for the track. We don't know much about the 05, and Vuhl didn't give us much to go on besides a teaser photo of the car's front end.

UK car production slumps, state help sought
Fri, 21 Nov 2008By Digby Fullam Motor Industry 21 November 2008 14:30 The full effect of the downturn in the global economy is being felt by the UK motor industry, new figures out today reveal. That makes it the worst October production figures since 1991 which, if you’ll cast your mind back, was the last recession. The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders blamed the slump on 'a rapid reduction in demand for motor vehicles.' It’s not just us Brits that aren’t buying cars, either.
