Ddx Performance Variator Pulley For Dio/elite 50/kymco Zx50 on 2040-parts.com
Honolulu, Hawaii, US
You are bidding on a Performance Variator Kit, or sometimes called a Hi-Speed Pulley Kit. This should be the first item installed on your 50cc scooter. It gives you the best "Bang for your Buck". It will usually add 5 to 7 mph to your top speed. This Performance Variator was designed by Racers trying to get more out of their Performance Variator. If you compair it to your stock Variator, the first thing you see is the ramp guide towers extend farther. This is so the drive belt rides higher, giving more top speed.
What the Racers first changed on their Performance Pulleys was to cut away the un-need metal. Places where it was not needed. A lighter Pulley will give you a quicker throttle response. Like they do in drag racing. They install a lighter Fly Wheel. Next they changed the angle of the roller weights groove so the roller can start lower and end higher. So this would give them a better start and a higher speed. So they ended up with a Performance Variator with faster start and a high top speed.
We weighed the stock Variator and the DDX Performance Variartor. Stock is 182.8 grams. The DDX is 128.9 grams. We don't just sell these kits, We also install them. We mainly specialize in Honda, KYMCO and SYM 2 stroke scooters. But work on all types such as Yamaha, PGO, and other two stroke powered scooters..
This is a "KIT". This means it comes more than just the Variator and roller weights. It comes with a Race Ramp Plate and a set of Ramp Guides. This Kit will fit Honda Elite50 (SA50) 1988 thru 2001. It will also fit the Japan Honda Dio models AF27 / AF28 / AF34 and AF35. It will also fit the KYMCO Fever ZX50, SYM DD50, and basically any 50cc scooter running a DIO type engine. There are even Chinese Four Stroke 50cc scooters that use them. But there are so many and called by different names by each importer. You NEED to tell us what engine you will use these Perfromance Variator (Hi-Speed Pulley) on, so we get you the right Race Ramp Plate for your engine.
Your Performance Variator will be sent by USPS Priority mail. Sorry, but at this time we are only sending parts to the 50 US States. It will change in time. More Great deals on the way.
SPECIAL!!! Extra set 7gram rollers will be added to this deal for a short time, FREE! 12 roller is all!
