Up for auction is a Dealer Take-off Honda Front Drivers Seat. 99.9% PERFECTLY! No rips, tears, repairs, or bad stitching. Only thing I did to this seat was wipe the dust off. Only two flaws I found is a mark on the cover from where it was leaning against my counsel in the truck during transport (pic #5, would come out in time) and there are very light scratches on the base from the tank bolt. No wear on the base!!! OTHER THEN THAT THIS SEAT IS PERFECT!!! Dealer take-offs are parts that were taken off in order to add other accessories, Aftermarket performance seat for example. This part fits: 1995-98 VT1100C ACE Shadow, 1998-2001 VT1100T ACE Shadow Tourer This part is from a friend of mine that used to have a cycle shop. Now he's a truck driver and wants to clear out his shop. It came out of a Semi trailer that was a dealer buy out in the early 90's. This is buy as is! Item needs to be paid in full by 72 hours of the end of auction or it will be relisted, unless other arrangements are made. I have excellent feedback and do not intend to ruin that! Don't ask me if this part will fit anything else. I have listed all the bikes that this part is listed as fitting. Don't ask me if I have another specific part, I will list them as I work my way through the trailer. I do not ship USPS 1st Class to International Destinations!!! I did once and the package was lost. Postal Service answered me with "It is not mandatory for 1st Class Packages to be scanned." Therefore I had to reimburse the customer for the item and shipping and was out that money. SoCal Speed shop wins AMBR award as hod-rodding returns to its roots
Mon, 30 Jan 2012In a competition that "took hot-rodding back to its SoCal roots," the SoCal Speed Shop--the entity founded by original hot-rod hero Alex Xydias and now helmed by Pete Chapouris--finally won the AMBR. That's AMBR, as in, America's Most Beautiful Roadster, the most sought-after title in all of hot-rodding and the crowning glory of the Grand National Roadster Show. There is that competition at the Detroit Autorama that hands out the Ridler Award, but that is open to all manner of kustom kars.
