We do not offer free shipping. Free shipping is not free. Sellers have to mark their products up to cover shipping costs. If you expect free shipping, please look for a seller who offers this. PAYMENT:

SHIPPING: 

·        Buyer pays listed shipping costs.

·        I will combine shipping charges on multiple items.  If you are a multiple purchase customer, please let me know when you are finished shopping and I will send you a combined invoice. I will combine your purchases and calculate shipping costs based on total weight and location.  If it is a combine purchase, please, do not pay until you have asked for and received the adjusted invoice.  I use Calculating Shipping to keep the shipping cost as low as possible.   I Charge What The Shipping Service Charges plus A small handling fee. 

·    All items will be sent through USPS or UPS.

·    State-side buyers will automatically receive an email with their delivery confirmation number through Paypal shipping services.  If you are a foreign buyer and paid for priority, you too will receive a delivery confirmation number from pay pal.

·    I SHIP WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY OF RECEIPT OF PAYMENT!!

·    Notice:  From Mid Nov. through Jan. the USPS mail system slows way down and it can take extra days for priority and parcel post packages to arrive.  For the lower 48 states, the normal time for parcel is 5-10 days, if there are no holidays during that time. The normal time for priority should be 3-4 days.  Bad weather will delay mail.  I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THAT.

·    There is no tracking on first class packages to foreign countries or Priority flat rate.  Only regular priority packages have tracking & delivery confirmation.

TERMS: 

·    Confirmation must be received within three days and payment within five days of the end of the auction.

FEEDBACK: 

·    You will receive your feed back as soon as you pay. 

·    If a problem arises with your transaction; please give me the opportunity to rectify the situation BEFORE leaving negative or neutral feedback. Please notify  me if you cannot give me a 5 star rating. I truly want to try to resolve your concerns.  E-Bay judges sellers heavily on the DSR Rating System. 

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, PLEASE NOTE:

·    Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

·    Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

·   Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

·   I will not under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing so is against U.S. and international laws.

·    Delivery time for 1^st class international is uncertain and for international priority the expected delivery time is 6-10 business days.  

RESPONSE TO EMAILS: 

·    I try my best to respond to your questions as soon as possible. However,  I am just a retired grandma, not a corporation.

·    I am not here on Sunday to respond to your questions.

Returns:  I accept returns on most items but one must contact me first.  Buyer pays return postage which is non-refundable.  I do not give refunds or replacements after 3 weeks.
