Deatschwerks DWR1000 Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator Titanium

6-1000-FRT

The approach taken for the DWR1000 adjustable fuel pressure regulator is not to reinvent the wheel, but simply to make a better wheel. All the best aspects of the existing regulators on the market were included in the DWR1000, but in addition, improvements were made in materials and design to culminate in the best all-around regulator available to date. Designed and tested specifically for ethanol compatibility – Many popular regulators on the market today contain brass internals, which can corrode and weaken when used with e85. The DWR1000 was designed from the ground up with e85 in mind and is constructed with 100% e85 compatible materials such as stainless steel, anodized aluminum, and nitrile. The DWR1000 is ideal for the 300hp to 1000hp range and able to handle 500lph of flow. It comes in your choice of anodized black or titanium finish, and an optional 0-100 psi mechanical gauge is available.

Which moves the two Force Indias in to ninth and tenth places. It should all have happened a couple of weeks ago, of course.

VW Golf GTD (2009) first pictures

Fri, 27 Mar 2009

By Chris Chilton First Official Pictures 27 March 2009 12:30 Volkswagen UK hasn’t even delivered its first new Golf GTi but is already showing us this: the GTD, its diesel alter ego. Powered by a 168bhp version of VW’s ubiquitous common rail 2.0-litre turbodiesel four it sprints to 62mph in just 8.1sec compared with 7.1sec for the 207bhp petrol GTi and its 136mph top speed falls 12mph short. But with 256lb ft of torque (the GTi makes do with 207lb ft) on hand, the diesel should have the upper hand in mid-range performance.

BMW introduces anniversary edition 760Li

Mon, 10 Sep 2012

Twenty-five years ago, BMW delivered the first V12 7-series sedan. It used 5.0 liters of displacement to make a whopping 296 hp, which was powerful for its time. Now the marque from Bavaria introduced the 25th anniversary edition of that V12 sedan with more displacement and much more power.
