Wide-ranging, weird and wonderful John Scotti Collection to cross block in Auburn
Mon, 28 Apr 2014The John Scotti Collection is, we'd like to think, exactly the sort of assemblage of cars we would put together were we a mechanic who earned his fortune building a group of successful Montreal-based car dealerships. To be sure, the collection of roughly 450 cars represents Scotti's tastes, which seem to tend toward the muscular. Today’s announcement does confirm a few new details about the Rapide, which was first shown in concept guise at the 2006 Detroit auto show.
New Infiniti teased. Infiniti M Coupe? Nope
Sat, 22 May 2010The Infiniti Teaser for two Pebble Beach reveals Infiniti – Nissan’s luxury lot who are struggling to get a foothold in the UK and Europe – like the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. They launched the new Infiniti M there last year and the event opened with the Infiniti Essence Concept. Which is hardly a huge surprise as the US is Infiniti’s biggest market. It competes on even-ish terms with Lexus across the Pond, whereas it had managed to sell just 60 cars in the UK up until February.
