If you are returning merchandise within 15 days from the date of receipt, and the item has NOT been installed, modified and is complete, and with all original packaging, you may return all or part of the order to receive a full refund for the original purchase price of the product. Original shipping, return shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you are returning merchandise after 15 days, a 15-30% restock fee will apply and store credit will be issued for the balance. No returns will be accepted on merchandise after the 30th day from the purchase date. Any defective item after 30th day will be referred to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
Items shipped Internationally - VAT/Customs/State/Country/Transfer/Broker/Stamp fees are the SOLE responsibility of the Buyer. Any returns will not reimburse for these fees nor the shipping expense to return the item.
Return Process
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
A Return Goods Authorization must accompany all returns.
All merchandise must be in original boxes and include all original packaging manuals and merchandise materials in order to avoid a restocking fee.
Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.
Serial numbers cannot be altered.
Returns for merchandise received as part of a “free shipping” offer will be credited for the amount of the returned merchandise less sellers outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply.
Any restocking fee we use will be a reflection on current market value. We do not support attempts to profit on pro-rate adjustments or price fluctuations.
We are not responsible for any consequential damage to vehicles due to any part we sell.
Exceptions to Our Return Policy
The following items CANNOT be returned:
Installed Shocks - ALL REBUILDABLE SHOCKS (BILSTEIN/FOX/KING/FABTECH/PROCOMP, etc..)
Tires and wheels that have been mounted and or installed.
Opened electrical items such as computers, Unichips, programmers, wiring kits, etc.
Custom made floor mats, dash covers, seat covers, car covers or any item that has been monogrammed.
Closeout or Clearance items.
Snow Chains.
Any item that has been custom painted.
Custom mechanical products.
Special ordered items.

The most common danger is outstanding finance, with one in four cars still having debt attached to them. A new buyer could be liable for all outstanding finance and if he or she can’t pay it, the car could be reclaimed with no compensation.

Vauxhall Corsa VXR Nurburgring Edition - now in Vauxhall showrooms
Vauxhall told us they’d built an even quicker Corsa VXR – the Vauxhall Corsa VXR Nurburgring Edition – back in April, and told us it would go on sale in May. Well, if it did, it’s taken a full five months since then for Vauxhall to get real Corsa VXR Nurburgring Editions in to their showrooms. But now they’ve got there, and the Nurburgring Edition does look a fun little hot hatch.

Chrysler Group on Monday named Timothy Kuniskis head of the Fiat brand for North America, replacing Laura Soave, who "has left the company and will pursue other interests."
Kuniskis, 44, most recently served as director of marketing for the Chrysler and Fiat brands. The change is effective immediately, Chrysler said in a statement. Soave, 39, who supervised Chrysler's efforts to reintroduce the Fiat brand in North America after a 17-year absence, attended the rollout last week of the Fiat 500 Abarth at the Los Angeles auto show but did not participate in the press conference, raising further questions about her tenure.
