2015 Lexus RC F gets aggressive
Wed, 08 Jan 2014Two years ago, Lexus brought the very forward-looking LF-LC concept to the Detroit auto show. We've seen bits and pieces of it -- most notably, that statement-making spindle grille -- make it to production cars. But the 2015 Lexus RC F sport coupe, which is coming to Detroit this year, may come the closest to fulfilling the promise of the concept of anything we've seen so far.

Tue, 28 Sep 2010It's a shot of an exhaust pipe, which exits the concept car just below the support for the rear wing. We've now seen all six images, and they've shown everything from vents in the bonnet to stylish flourishes atop the V10 engine, plus glimpses of the interior and what appears to be a carbonfibre wheel. The concept car is expected to be almost completely carbonfibre, very light and Gallardo-powered. Why is Lamborghini showing such a car?
Petersen museum executive director to retire
Thu, 10 Jun 2010The executive director of the Petersen Automotive Museum is retiring after a 12-year-run at the helm of one of the nation's preeminent car collections. Richard Messer is stepping down to concentrate on other business interests. He will be replaced by Buddy Pepp on June 15.
